c. Project Data

  • Room details, quantities, materials, cost analyses — stored securely in your organization’s workspace.
  • AutoCAD geometry and attributes remain local unless you sync to the Approx cloud.

d. Cookies and Local Storage
Used only to maintain session state and preferences. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

 

2. How We Use Information

We use data solely to:

  • Provide and maintain the Services.
  • Authenticate and authorize users.
  • Improve system performance and security.
  • Deliver support and respond to requests.

We never sell or trade personal or project data.,

  • Service Providers: Microsoft Azure (hosting), Auth0 (authentication).
    All partners meet strict privacy and security standards.

  • Account data is kept while your organization’s subscription is active.
  • Project data remains until deleted by authorized users.
  • Backups are retained for up to 90 days for disaster recovery.

You may delete data anytime via Approx settings or by contacting us.
